Lindsey Graham Threatens Climate Bill

The bill would help cut greenhouse gases by 17% below the 2005 levels (target = 2010). If Graham and his ilk are successful, how will their grandchildren view them? Though they will be long gone, the class of 2030, which will be in their 40's by mid-century may look back with shock (but certainly no awe).
